Dr. Hanya Bluestone

Dr. Hanya Bluestone

Chief Executive Officer & Forensic Psychologist

Hanya Bluestone, Ph.D. earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Harvard University in 1988. She received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1995. Dr. Bluestone completed an internship at Worcester State Hospital and the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and a fellowship in forensic psychology at Bridgewater State Hospital and the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. She is certified in DBT and EMDR and practices from a CBT and Psychodynamic theoretical framework. She is an affiliate professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Bluestone has specialized clinical training and experience with trauma, serious mental illnesses, and forensic psychology. She is passionate about decreasing the stigma of mental illness, cultural competence, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ people and communities of color, group therapy, and the wellness of veterans and first responders. She loves to cross-country ski in Vermont and considers herself a “sci-fi geek.”
Susan Lemere LICSW

Susan Lemere LICSW

Susan Lemere, LICSW, obtained her Masters degree in clinical social work from Smith College in 1994 and went on to complete a post-graduate certificate in trauma assessment and treatment. She has extensive experience as both a forensic evaluator and therapist. As a therapist, she uses a trauma informed approach which draws from psychodynamic theory, CBT, and narrative theory. In recent years, Susan has worked closely with police as a co-response clinician in six different police departments accompanying police on calls, and is therefore knowledgeable about the day-to-day realities of first responder work.  As an extension of her co-response work, she is passionate about assisting police and other first responders, especially with regard to trauma exposure, and providing consultation to police departments. She also enjoys group therapy and working with college and graduate students.

Francine Parsons, CAP, OM

Francine Parsons earned her associate degree in business administration in 1990. She is a veteran and has earned professional certification as a Certified Administrative Professional with a specialty in organizational management. Francine is passionate about LGBTQ+ issues especially as they pertain to the transgender community. She enjoys collecting antique business machines, books, and is a sci-fi nerd.

Dr. Hayden Duggan

Dr. Hayden Duggan

Hayden Duggan, Ed.D. earned his bachelor’s degree in 1969 at Harvard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his doctorate in education from Harvard University in 1977. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and a forensic psychologist. He has served as a Deputy Fire Chief for the town of Hubbardston, an EMT-I for the Barre Rescue Squad, and the Chief Psychologist for the Boston Police Department and for Boston EMS. Hayden has extensive experience evaluating and treating adolescents, adults, and families. He is EMDR trained and is specialized in trauma, fire-setting, crisis intervention, substance abuse treatment, and relationship issues. Dr. Duggan is passionate about working with emergency service providers and their families. Hayden loves helping others overcome obstacles and achieve greater well-being.

Scott Mentzer, LMHC

Scott Mentzer, M.A., LMHC earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Curry College in 2004. He received his master’s degree in counseling psychology from Framingham State University in 2014. He is an EMDRIA approved consultant, EMDRIA certified therapist, and a retired first responder. He practices from a client centered approach, while also utilizing the Adaptive Information Processing Model and Structural Dissociation Theory. Scott is passionate about working with first responders and adults struggling with PTSD, abuse/neglect, and grief. He loves fly fishing and kayaking, and is especially happy when he can fly fish in a kayak on the ocean.

Marissa Garrity, M.A. earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Clark University in 2000. She received her master’s degree in psychology from Anna Maria College in 2002. She has also earned her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in counseling psychology from Cambridge College in 2020. She is trained in EMDR, is licensed as a K-12 school adjustment counselor, and practices from a CBT and trauma-focused framework. Marissa is passionate about developing strategies to manage ADHD, relational difficulties, and helping others enhance their social skills. She enjoys working with stress management and performance improvement in athletics as well.

Mary King, M.A. received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria University in 2021. Mary’s theoretical orientation is relational, solution-focused, and systems-oriented. She has clinical experience treating adults, children, teens, couples, and families. She is EMDR trained and has previously developed and facilitated trauma-informed training for caregivers and teachers. These trainings help adults learn ways they can support children without making unrealistic changes to their day-to-day lives. In her free time, she loves playing DnD, reading, painting, and playing with her birds.

Abby Sproles, MA

Abby Sproles, M.A. received her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University in 2024. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, helping her clients with a wide range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relationship issues. She practices with a CBT, solutions-focused theoretical framework to help her client make adaptive changes in their lives. She strives to create a client-centered, safe environment to ensure the client feels understood, respected, and motivated to meet their clinical goals. She also has experience in group therapy and school counseling. In her spare time, Abby enjoys exercising, hiking, trying new foods, and traveling.

Seth Window is a fifth-year student in the PsyD program at Rivier University. Seth is specializing in School Psychology and Counseling. He completed school-based training in Chelmsford School District and neuropsychological training at the Memory and Aging Program at Brown University’s Butler Hospital. He began his career helping to develop and manage an out-of-school youth program. This program assisted students who had withdrawn from high school overcome barriers to achieve academic, occupational, and personal success. Seth loves traveling, baseball history, and spending time with family.

Deb Falzoi

Deb Falzoi, M.A. completed her bachelor’s degree in sociology in 1998 from Tufts University, has her masters in marketing from Emerson College, and is finishing her masters in social work at Westfield State University. She interned with Worcester Addresses Childhood Trauma (ACTs) last year, focusing on trauma from a macro lens. She has experience coaching targets of workplace abuse, both individually and in group settings, and helping people heal through legislative advocacy. Deb is passionate about educating people on systemic factors that lead to shame and keep people divided. She values group work for its benefit of connecting with others to heal from trauma. She focuses on meeting clients where they’re at and helping them feel understood in a safe environment as they seek clarity in their lives. In her spare time, Deb enjoys snuggling with her two dogs, walking, and designing.
